History
In the hills outside Cortona, Ca' de Santi has the beauty which is always capable of surprising you. The property was built at the beginning of the sixteenth century, initially lived by rural families of sharecroppers.
Our family restored this property, and now Ca' de Santi is divided into two indipendent apartments.
Park
The three hectares park is completely fenced, structured on 3 main levels, lies on the hills near Cortona, standing above Val di Chiana.
The park includes 250 olive trees, two barns, an artificial lake and a swimming pool.
Location
Ca' de Santi is immersed in the so-called "valley of gold", 7 km from Cortona, in the heart of Italy.
Arezzo, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena, Firenze, Montepulciano and many other destinations are only a few kilometers away.
