The ground floor, separated from the upper floor, has a large living room with a fireplace, a 4 independent entrances, 3 of which facing the swimming pool, 14 windows, double living room entirely in stone, kitchen complete with every need (oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, cutlery ...), four very large double bedrooms (two with two single beds one and a half square and two with double beds).

in each room there is air conditioning, wifi, a 55 '' smart TV connected to netflix / amazon prime and much more.
